Access Microsoft Defender
- Log in to the Microsoft Defender portal.
- Navigate to Policies & Rules > Threat Policies > Safe Links.
Edit or Create a Safe Links Policy
- Select an existing policy to edit or click Create to configure a new one.
- In the policy settings, locate the section Do not rewrite URLs.
Add Your URLs with Wildcards
- Add each domain or URL with a wildcard to cover subdomains. Use the following format:

- Save the Policy
- Click Save or Apply to confirm the configuration.
Test the Configuration
Send a test email containing links that match the wildcard patterns to confirm they are not rewritten.
